no you dont need to use a curling tong if you have one it will work but if you dont and you have a hair straightener you could use that to curl it





just place it on the sectioned hair on an angle and pull down slowly while twisting it around a full time or two full times if your hair is extra long





if you dont have a hair straightener the cheapest curling tongs that are good quality that you can get are baby pro ones there around 60 dollars

Reply:curl your hair in layers, clipping the rest of it up and only curling 1 or 2 inch sections at a time. use big barrel curlers to get the big, soft waves. shampoo and condition your hair first, apply some mouse and then blow dry %26amp; curl it :)
