B Vitamins - B6, B12, etc. Some of the skincare and shampoo companies even make vitamins for your skin or nails!
Reply:Foliate
Reply:Vitamin D, maybe. But its calcium e.g milk, eggs, that repairs tissues and aids in growth.
Reply:Holland and Barrets Skin Hair and Nails one
Reply:there are no such vitamins... don't waste money on such treatments...
Reply:not vitamins protein.
Reply:Holland and Barrot do a great hair skin and nails formular (: i have used that and it seems good %26amp; works. Whilst growing hair dont eat alot of junk food. Eg. greesy foods.
Hope i have been a help!
Reply:Fish oil tablets help your hair (and your nails) grow about 3 times faster- they're also meant to be good for you in general. These aren't pills there just full of this kind of juice and u can get them flavored so they taste nice. You can buy them at Woolworth's or places like that for around $14
Reply:I have been using Vitamin E, Biotin, Hair skin %26amp; nails supplement. My hair has been coming back in nice and full with tons of new growth!!
Reply:Protein: A diet for healthy hair should be rich in protein as hair consists of primarily protein. Proteins will give your hair more strength and will prevent it from breaking and splitting. Eat protein rich foods like fish, meat, milk, cheese and cereals.
Vitamin B6 - Prevents hair loss, helps create melanin, which gives hair its color. Food sources: Brewer's yeast, liver, whole grain cereals, vegetables, organ meats and egg yolk. Vitamin B12 - Prevents hair loss. Food sources: Chicken, fish, eggs and milk.
Hope this helps....
