this is like totally random but a lot of help would be appreciated. i'm doing a music project on like "hair in the music industry"

well i found some famous people whos hair influenced there music..





Led zeppelin- "Mostly he was quite vain; he'd be in the bathroom working on his hair twice as long as I was, primping and all that. I had a curling machine he would put on his hair to get all these perfect little curls that hung just like that."ed Zeppelin's barnets paved the way for the big hair of Eighties bands such as Mtley Cre and Skid Row. he was such a famous guitarist guy.





rhianna- shes most famous for the diagnal bob,





luciano pavarotti- famous opera singer, belive it or not he is most famour for his balck hair and for overdying it, hes also veyr famous for painting his eyebrows.





buddy holly- dark brown to black, he had the typical man hair which was curly at the front and was very short.





frank sinatra- .the toup茅es (though Sinatra had hundreds, plus a special assistant to carry them all around with him in a special case and fit them properly). During the 1950s he started losing his hair, and found fame for his collection of toupees. haha mel this guy is SUPER famous for his toupees and he basically found fame BECAUSE of his collection of toupees.





boy george (from the culture club)- well boy georges's hair was sooo popular back then that a stupid haircut, if flaunted by them would be so popular. this guy man WEIRDO...haha he had some of the most popular hairstyles, ill include soem pics..to hard to describe.








. Lionel Richie-Lionel Richie is one such musician who was known for his Jheri curl mullet.





Big hair continued to remain as one of the style statements in the 80鈥檚. This was not completely new as the beehive look was already in vogue in the 70鈥檚. Big was definitely beautiful in terms of hairstyles in the 80鈥檚 and this was further popularized by rock groups such as Bon Jovi and Gun鈥檚 鈥楴鈥?Roses. If you can recall some of their videos where even the straight haired Axl Rose and Jon Bon Jovi sported a huge hairdo in some of the music videos. If you take a peek at most of the videos of that era, you can have an idea of the huge hairstyles that were in vogue. The hair in such cases was teased a bit and fluffed up. This was done with the help of mousse. Such mousse also had glitter or sparkle added to it to get a wild and wacky look.





michael jackson- The Jheri curl was one such 80鈥檚 hairstyle that was sported by quite a few celebs in that era. This curly look was very much in vogue and most Afro Americans did this with great 茅lan. Here, the wet hair look was found to be really appealing and thus even our very own MJ had something similar to the Jheri curl in one of his videos.





madonna- The short hair style appeared a second time when Madonna went through one of her reinvention phases in 1986. She had dumped the big hair, jewellery, heavy makeup and layered clothing to emerge with a new basic-look. She kept the new cropped hair going for about a year and it was used in clips such as Live to Tell and Pappa Don't Preach.
