How exactly does Sun-in work?

I have a bottle of it, but I havent used it yet. The instructions say to like put it on damp hair and sit outside for like 2 days... that makes no sense. Can I just spray it on my dry hair and like get a lighter shade? I need some help here.... :/

no. you would have to sit in the sun for it to work. even without sun-in if a person is in the sun, the hair gets lighter

dont use it. it turns your hair orange. the best way to lighten ur hair is to spray lemon juice on your hair (wet or dry hair) and stay out in the sun for about 3hrs. it really works. and plus it makes ur hair smell good and it natural so there are no chemicals
Reply:I used sun-in before, it ended up turning my hair half orange, half blonde and it made it soooooo thin. It was horrible, to this day my hairs still thin. I don't think you should use it...
