What do you do to make a black person hair grow long!!!!!!!!!?
i am not black

i am white, but i have black friends and this is what i've learned...so take it for what it's worth

* black hair doesn't grow at the same rate and way that non black hair grows

* extensions and weaves are used a lot for that reason

*** i've helped take out extensions, it's a bloody lot of work!

i know that scalp massages will help stimulate blood flow to the scalp (obviously regardless of your colour!) and that seems to help a bit
Reply:it depends on wheather or not they have an afro. drink lots of milk and if you pull on it it might grow
Reply:Don't worry so much. Let your hair grow by nature. But even so, you can opt for hair extensions at the hairdresser's.
Reply:honestly i think that you can use dogmane shampoo or what ever products there is to use that what i think......doogro grease
Reply:it really depends on genetics. but to help your hair achieve it's personal best you can do the following: trim your hair every 6-8wks. to remove split ends, condition your hair often.you need to get a protein conditioner about every 6wks or if you relax your hair right after you relax.(do not over process your hair with chemicals from relaxers and dyes. relax hair every 8wks. if you feel you need a perm bad just do a touch up to the perimeter of hair till it's time to do the whole head. getting a perm and dying hair too often can cause breakage even hair loss) get a cholestrol treatment every 2 weeks. sitting under the dryer works best but sitting with just a cap for 20 mins. works fine also. do not over style your hair. pulling it too tight or using too much heat damages hair and causes it to break off. give your hair a break between styles.parting or pulling your hair in the same direction every single day will cause breakage, hair loss or "permanent parts" in you hair. braides are a good option to let your hair breathe. do not put in bonded weaves often. this will damage your scalp leading to breakage or even hair loss. alot of people put "greases" on their scalp. this can actually cause you follicles to become clogged and stunt the growth of your hair. use them sparingly. (if you do use grease get a clarifying shampoo to remove product build up on hair and scalp.)oils or creames work better. shea butter, tea tree oil, and carrot oil work well to moisturize hair. sleep with a satin or silk scarf or pillow case. sleeping without one can strip hair of oils. this can lead to breakage. do these things and i guarantee your hair will grow longer and stronger.
Reply:Massaging makes a lot of difference to the rate at which hair grows, so a regular massage with any oil of your choice is recommended to speed up the process. Try http://solutionsforhairgrowth.blogspot.c... for more details.
