How do you get the smell of garlic out of your hair?

Long story...
How do you get the smell of garlic out of your hair?
Probably the easiest way is to avoid getting it into your hair. Once there, periodic washing will probably get rid of it eventually (try a bit of dilute bleach -- it may help), and growth will definitely get rid of it in time.

Wash it.
Reply:I didn't know i had garlic in my hair, i can't smell it. No need to help, thanks for asking anyway.
Reply:Oh man, I've been through this, it sucks. (I was using a garlic press thing and i picked up the phone with it still in my hand and....pressed garlic all over the side of my head...)

But for as how to get it out, I don't know if there's a best way, but I just scrubbed and massaged in a little extra shampoo a little rougher than normal...It took me like 5 showers to get it completely out, but it did come out.

Overall, just keep trying.
