Since you probably would look good with shorter hair I think you could probably get away with cutting your hair shoulder length? Or if you like the length you could just maybe get it trimmed and layered. Keep your side bangs and side part, they look really good but maybe try straightening your hair?
Adding a head band with brighten up any outfit and will look fresh also.
