Solution for hair fall??

I was in the Philippines for 5 and a half years. I just arrived here in America like a month ago and my hair has been falling out like crazy since. It usually comes out in a considerable amounts when I just get out of the shower and when I comb my hair. I'm only 19 so I know it's not due to age or anything. Hmm. I tried different shampoos and right now I'm using something for hair fall control by Pantene PRO-V. I'm wondering though if it could be due to the climate change?? I mean I've already been here a month so my body should have adjusted back by now or whatever. (I really don't know if that has anything to do with it. I'm just guessing.) Or maybe it's because I took cold showers there ('cause they don't have hot water), and now I'm taking hot showers again. Any help would be absolutely great. I asked my doctor, but she really didn't help much. Just told me to take multivitamins. Which I really don't think that is the reason for my hair fall.

Thanks bunches.

eat gelusil....or anything that relieves acidity....even if you don't have acidity....it'll help..
Solution for hair fall??
try a water softener, our water is heavily chlorinated compared to other countries, and stress or hormone changes can cause it, don't wear tight pony tails as that can add to the problem. sorry i don't know more about it, but i hope some of it helps.

Reply:May be due to weather and water change. Simply massage your scalp in general for a few minutes a day after or during a shower. It can stimulate blood flow and control hair loss. You can also use aromatherapy oils like lavender and bay essential oils for massage. Check out http://usefulinfo-hairloss.blogspot.com/ for more info.
