I had a pixiecut in october (im 13) now its grown out a bit. im bored with. any cute color/style suggestions?

i'm thirteen and i'm really self conscious. but i am very petite and feminine looking so a pixie cut made me feel super confident. but i've always had long hair until now...lol i kinda miss it ya know? so now its grown out, the longest layer is at the top of my shoulders. i'm biracial and carmel complected and i would like to try a new color. my hair is very wavy/ poofy, lol but can be maintained with product. i'm a cheerleader so something kinda sporty would be good...and remember im 13! i'd like something sassy like angled or something...like rihanna used to have, but idk if that would work because of layers. pleeeease help! tips tips tips! and i dont want to get extensions, so thats out of the question. thanku somuch id appreciate it.

i say straghten your hair, and add edgy bangs and dye your hair black itd look trendy
Reply:First off, YOU'RE NOT RIHANNA.

There. Sorry if that was a bit harsh.

Therefore, any haircut you get will not make you look like her.

Secondly, do not ever ever ever go red or blonde. It will simply look bad. I'm half asian half white, and I tried to go blonde.

It was bad. Do not do it.

Don't get extensions either. They're a waste of time and money, especially when you go swimming and the glue comes out and they just... float... away...

Have you seen the Syesha fro from American Idol? Maybe try that. It looks really versatile.

Reply:I think angled and layered...keep a fresh cut each month. How about a very warm carmel brown for the coloring with subtle highlights so they blend in and look natural but "exciting".
